- [Instructor] The new design for the start page…has rearranged items…and made it more open and clean looking.…But that's not what I want to talk about today.…I want to talk about some of the new…enhancements to the page…and I'll start by looking in the recent section.…Here's where you can open folders and projects…and websites that you've opened in the past.…You just click on the item to open it…and the thing that's new is it's now grouped by date.…So I can see that I've opened one project today…and a number of projects yesterday.…
Over in the open section,…there's the ability to open a project and solution…that just takes you to the normal open project dialogue…that you can get to by going to file, open project.…There's also the open website…which has been in Visual Studio for a long time.…There's a new feature here called open folder…which I'll talk about in another video in this chapter.…So that leaves just this section here…which is a nice addition,…which is called checkout from.…Now I'm logged in to Visual Studio…
