- [Instructor] Now that we've installed the extension for the terminal, let's see how you can show it in Visual Studio. Go to the View menu, then go to Other Windows and find Terminal Window, here. And you'll see that that is at the bottom of the screen. And I can type in PowerShell commands or Windows command aliases for that. So if I want to see the files in this folder, I could type in D-I-R. This is PowerShell. You can see that by the PS prefix, here on the command prompt. Also, if you want to make sure that you use that window when you're working with Live Share, go to Tools, Options, find the Live Share section in Options, and then scroll to the bottom, where it says Shared Terminal. So I've been calling this internal. Another name for that is integrated. So, right now, we're set to use the integrated terminal.
