- On occasion, you may want to work on two different drawings at the same time, or maybe work on the same drawing, but in two different places at the same time. Using multiple windows can help with that. That's what we're going to do in this movie with our flowchart diagram to start. Notice up at the top on the title bar, it's FlowChart0504. I want to show that now because when we go to the view tab on the ribbon and click New Window, this is actually going to open up a second window of the same diagram. Notice now on the title bar it's FlowChart0504:2. That means there is a second window open. Notice over here on the left, you're not seeing any shapes, there are no stencils open. And all we need to do is click more shapes to get at them, but if we want to go back to the other version of our diagram, we can go to Switch Windows. Give it a click and choose, there it is, FlowChart0504 with the :1 after it. We can switch between these two, or, if you prefer, see both of them at the same…
