- Eventually, when creating your own Org Charts here in Visio 2016, you may come across the scenario where you have too many shapes to fit on a single page and that's when breaking apart your diagram on to separate pages comes in handy. There's a nice little feature that allows you to synchronize your shapes while doing it. We're going to explore that now with our Org Chart we've been building. All right, let's start by cleaning things up a little bit. We'll go to the team frame we created in a previous movie for a research team. Just click once to select it and we'll delete it. We don't need it for this exercise. And in fact, the dotted line report that we create it. We can select it and delete it as well so that we just simply have our different teams and now it might be advisable to separate them into their own pages to expand on them because we are running out of room on this page.
