- Well if you've been following along with me throughout this chapter, you should now be feeling comfortable adding organization chart shapes to your page, and adding subordinates, creating connections, even dotted line reports, and team frames. It's all quite simple but there are some shortcuts we haven't talked about yet. We'll do that with our OrgChart here. Let's say, for example, we want to add another chief position here. Well we know it's as simple as dragging the appropriate shape on top of the superior. So let's make sure we can see the superior, which is our CEO. We'll go get a manager shape here, click and drag it on top, when we see the plus sign, release. It gets added over here to the right hand side. Okay, now we've done that before. What we haven't done though, is quickly added multiple shapes to a superior. And we can do that using a couple of different options.
