Join David Rivers for an in-depth discussion in this video Sharing diagrams using the cloud, part of Up and Running with Visio 2013.
In a previous movie, we learned how we could save our diagrams to SkyDrive.…That gives us anywhere anytime access to our files.…It's also a great way to share with others if you're going to be collaborating.…We are going to look at a couple of options here in Visio 2013 for sharing your diagrams …if you want other people to view them or even access them to make changes. …We are going to continue to work with our Network0401 diagram.…Let's go up to File, click there, and then go down to Share.…
Now when you click Share, you'll notice two options here, Invite People; …and with that selected, there are two steps involved.…The first step is to Save To the Cloud, such as your SkyDrive location. …That's what's going to happen by default when you click this button. …Then once it's saved, you will be able to share your document, something you can do from…SkyDrive or from Windows Explorer. We saw that in an earlier movie.…If we go to Email, you'll notice some options for sending it as an Attachment.…
