- So far in this course we've examined a number of different ways to share your finished diagrams with others, saving them to formats that would allow them to open them for example in other programs, if they don't have Visio. Sending them via email, another option is to save to the Cloud and invite people to access your file. That's what we're going to explore with our LMS Migration Plan, Timeline diagram that we've been building throughout this chapter. Well, to share this with others it first needs to be saved to the Cloud. So we'll go up to File, and from here we'll go down to Share, as though we're going to invite people to access this file. Notice Share with People appears at the top. But if you haven't already saved to the Cloud, there's a button here that will prompt you to do exactly that, save your documents to a OneDrive location and then share your document.
