- When you're ready to share a drawing with others, there are a number of different options here in Visio 2016. We're going to explore a couple of them now. And we're going to do it with our Org Chart we've been building OrgChart0913 from the Chapter nine folder of your Exercise Files, so if you're catching up. Let's start by going to Page one here, if you're not already there and spacing this out a little bit better. With the Org Chart tab selected, we'll go to the Spacing + sign, give that a click and you can see it's spaced out a little more. Click it again and maybe again. That's better spaced, filling up more of the page. Now, our options include taking the entire diagram, which is multiple pages, you can see 11 pages across the bottom and exporting that to a format that is shareable. Another option though is to work on one page at a time or even one part of a page. Let's say for example, we were going to present on our organization and we want to show this in a PowerPoint…
