When you use a flow chart to map a business process, your goal is usually to ensure that stakeholders and observers of the process can easily learn what they need to know. I hope this course has provided you with new ideas and techniques to enhance the communication value of the flowcharts and swimlane diagrams that you create. In addition, the methods I've described for publishing and sharing diagrams should go a long way toward making your process maps even more accessible. Although I used Microsoft Visio to create all of the examples in this course, you should find similar features in other diagramming software.
