- If you use Microsoft Outlook and you use the calendar specifically in Microsoft Outlook, you may want to take items that you have stored in that calendar and put them into a Visio calendar. It's easily done. The first thing is, you need to be logged in to the same account you use for Outlook. For me, you can see my account credentials up here in the top right-hand corner. I'm logged in and when I log in to Outlook, I'm using the same credentials. So it's the same calendar that I'm going to be gathering information from. We can add to a brand-new calendar that's created on the fly, or you can add to an existing calendar like the multi-week calendar we created in an earlier movie. Let's select it here on page one. Now the problem is, if you're following along with me, all of the options that you select from are going to be based on the current date. I'm looking at a calendar that is close to my current date, and the items in my Outlook calendar are going to come from this same date…
