- If you were following along with me in the previous movie, you now know how you can go to this Outline Window in a brainstorming diagram and not only manipulate the way we see our outline by clicking plus signs and minus signs, et cetera, but can also go in and edit text from here. We can do a lot more actually in the Outline Window than meets the eye. If you're one of those people who prefers to work in an outline view, maybe you're accustomed to working with outlines in Microsoft Word, a lot of the functionality is the same here in Visio. We're going to explore it now with our brainstorming diagram. One of the things we can do with this Outline Window is change its shape and size. Let's go to the top corner with the double-arrow. Click and drag out and up so we can see all of our items. There we go. I like that view. In the previous movie, we also chose to unpin it by clicking the pushpin icon, so it automatically hides. Moving back to it, it's open, and we can start doing things.…
