- [Instructor] As with the VirtualBox Manager window, the window that virtual machines run in, offers a lot of options and controls. The controls are divided between the menu bar up at the top, and the icons on the right of the status bar at the bottom. Let's start with the menu bar. Here in the File menu, we have Preferences, which are the preferences for the VirtualBox software overall. We saw that before along with Network Operations Manager and Reset All Warnings. The new one here is Close, which will close the virtual machine window, offering to shut down or power off the machine if it's not in detachable mode. The Machine menu gives us options specific to this virtual machine, some of which we've seen before. Settings is the particular options for this virtual machine. And Take Snapshot offers the ability to take a snapshot of the current machine state. Session Information here is new, and it shows us a summary of…
