- When you're on set as a production assistant, something important that you need to remember is that you're on a team. It's not only you running around and getting things accomplished. There are others with you who are making decisions, setting up gear, and getting the shots done. Everyone on set needs to be a team player so that production can go smoothly. Think of it as a team sport. What are some things you need to keep in mind? Flexibility on set is crucial. As a PA you will be asked for things from multiple people.
