- As you put together your team, you're going to need to give some thought to where people are coming from. Are you going to work with an in-house group or an out-of-house group? And this might be referred to as insourcing versus outsourcing, and there's benefits to each. When working in-house, there's a good chance that the key team members are going to be familiar with the client. This can add confidence and really help them feel that they are working with a cohesive group. Plus, you can really avoid some of the forming stages where people are having to work out things of how they collaborate with each other. Additionally, the team tends to really understand the company culture. This means that they are familiar with some of the challenges or what's important to an organization.
