What information can you share with your client?

- Most creative projects tend to have four major stages. This'll vary slightly, but the overall concepts are very similar. So what information should you be sharing so the client and the stakeholders know what's happening? Well, the planning stage is often referred to as pre-production. Make sure everyone knows the name of the project, as well as who's managing it. You can also share things like the scoping document, the schedule, the list of deliverables, post the budget and any time constraints, and share that technical brief we talked about. If you're working on things like scripts, involve them. If you're casting actors or scouting locations, let them see some of the options and participate. Let them see the planning that's happening so they understand the importance of it and they're signing off, as needed.
