What do you do when everything seems to go wrong?

- Have you been on a set where there's a moment where everything seems to go wrong? This could be because of something you did or something someone else did. So what do you do? Stay calm, stay level headed. You will be tempted to let your own emotions rise. These are barometers of the moment and can change. Don't let them control you. First off, don't offer advice. Other people on the crew know more than you. It's the nature of where you are in your career and this is okay. This includes experiential and institutional knowledge. Yes, you learned a lot when you were in school but the people around you have been in the industry for possibly a really long time. Listen to them, see what they do. Use this as a learning opportunity. If someone asks for your advice, then you can give it. Be ready to act. You will be asked to do things to remedy the situation. Don't take things personally.
