Watermarking

- [Instructor] When it comes to adding a watermark, what Resolve calls a Data Burn-In, there's a great amount of flexibility. We're going to find that under the Workspace Menu, here, where it says Data Burn-In. We can apply elements to the entire project, or, something specific to an individual clip. On the project itself, I made out the Record Timecode, and that way my client can give me feedback and tell me the time code of where they'd like me to make an adjustment. I could also add a piece of custom text here, for example, I might add, Not For Distribution, and in doing so, my client can't really use this video until the most important part, where they pay me. There is also deep flexibility on these pieces of custom text, to add items based on metadata, and to access that, you'd hit the percentage sign. And you'll get a directory, you'll get a listing of all the different things that you can add here. For example, I might add something like, Video Codec. And as I start typing it…
