Using visual drop zones

- Getting your presenters to insert visuals into slides is a very good idea. This'll make it easier for them to have graphic content. After all, just pages and pages of words make for a pretty boring video or webinar. So what I suggest is add some drop zones to encourage them. Inside a PowerPoint on your Master Slide, you may notice that some templates already have a drop zone established. But if you decide that you want another one, or you wanna modify this, you can do so. Let's go ahead and select a layout that doesn't have an image currently. You'll notice the choice here for Insert Placeholder. So this allows you to choose different types of placeholders. For example, this can include something like a picture. And what that will do is allow me to draw an area where I want the photo to go. There we go. And now it prompts the person for the photo. Now, we may need to send this to the back. You'll notice here with Arrangements that I can say Send to Back. And now it goes all the way…
