- Perhaps the king of online video is YouTube, and most people think of it as an entertainment site, but the truth is it's made its way into the workspace because it's very common and most people know how to use it. - Well, even more than that, it has a built-in commenting system right there on every single video that's posted. So from a review approval angle, it's a useful tool to have coworkers or clients be able to make comments on the video, and when you couple that with some of the privacy features and other things that YouTube can do, it does make for a useful review and approval system. - So, let's take a look at some of the things that you're going to want to do, and not do, using YouTube.
