Using Trello for team collaboration
- Trello is one of my favorite tools for team collaboration, especially for creative projects. And the reason for that is it's set up like a whiteboard with sticky notes that you can move around and that just appeals to me for a variety of reasons. So you can set up goals, lists, parameters for a project. You can play around with creative concepts, you can add or subtract team members, move around the ideas, put the order in different places, archive completed tasks. There's just a lot of good flexibility with a Trello board. The structure of Trello is that each project can have a board and each board has lots of cards on it, but you can also attach to those cards due dates, comments, and other information. So it allows people a very visual approach to some of the workflow tracking that you find in other online tools.
