- A popular messaging system that's really grown in usage is Slack, and you'll find it really broadly being used in many companies and organizations. Now what's nice about Slack is it works equally well on the desktop as it does mobile. And it puts all of your team members in communication. It adopts a lot of the things that are great about text messaging or instant chat and combines them with some of the features of email. Now what's nice about this is that it's very broadly used, so that if you're using it as a system, there's a really good chance that your team members and clients are familiar with it. It allows for file sharing as well, so you can attach media to messages, which includes graphics, videos, scripts, and more.
