Tools in the Project Assets panel
- [Instructor] When you're working in expert view any media clips that you add to your project are first added here to the project assets panels, sort of a holding area for your videos, your stills, your music, and your audio. This project assets panel is more than just a passive storage space. It also includes a number of tools for managing the media in your project, and even a few bonus tools for creating special media for your movie. This panel, by the way, can be expanded. Just dragging on the lower right hand corner, you can make it as big or as small as you want. We are looking at it in grid view which is the default view. We see all of our clips as little thumb nails. It makes 'em easy to identify. That's great, but it also takes up a lot of space. If you're like me, and you may have 100 clips to work through, that's a lot to scroll through. If you go up here to panel options in the upper right hand corner, you can change the view to list view.
