- [Voiceover Speaker] For Avid editors coming to resolve. The first thing I want to call out is the project itself, it's called a media pool. So, just this area here where it says master, it's the media pool and there's all my media that lives underneath it. And it has both a list and icon view. The media page itself feels like the source browser, which is something new in the later versions of Media Composer. If I go here to the media page, you'll see this sort of icon view. This is outside the software and this is inside the software. And you can drag and drop if you want to bring stuff in or you can use traditional importing. But it's that same sort of concept as the source browser. There is no project file, it's a database and accessing it, via, the project manager. Here are my different projects, but the actual database is included here. There's a section specifically on handling the databases, I've got my personal one along with this class.
