For those of you who have watched some of our training before, you've probably picked up that I'm really big on pre-production and planning. I think its essential that you arrive with a plan. And Jim, one of the things I like about working with you, is that you always ask fantastic questions when I tell you that there's a job coming up. And I can tell you've done your homework before you show up, because you show up with new ideas, and you show up ready to execute, you walk in with a plan. How do you do that? What are some of the things you know, you've been shooting interviews for many years, in all sorts of places from on location and a submarine, to you know, in a hotel ballroom. How do you plan?
