- All right, we're on chapter two, Lesson four, and we are finally ready to shoot our script. We've got everything set up and rolling, and now we can sit down and record your video. So, the first thing to consider before you actually record your video is do you want to do it yourself, the whole shoot, or do you want someone to kind of help you with it? And the best answer I can give you is probably for your first time it would be good to have maybe someone just help you hit record and make sure that you're in frame and that you look good, the lighting is good just to kind of avoid you from keep getting up and checking it yourself. The reason is they can tell you basically that you want to make sure your eye line is in the camera, not at anybody else around you, 'cause your audience is the lens basically.
