- I think Banks has done a lot of great work in planning her video. We structured the blueprint, formulated the specific substance, style, and structure, wrote the script, planned the visuals, and scouted locations. Now we just need to plan the shoot itself and we'll be ready to make the video. Let's first talk about setting a solid production schedule. For large shoots, production schedules span many days and have lots of moving parts with massive crews and truckloads of equipment. Smaller shoots, like this one, last only a day and have a bare bones crew, with minimal equipment, but scheduling is still very important. Because we are only shooting for a day, we need to make sure we've got everything planned out perfectly, fitting everything into a master schedule.
