- Now here's a look at how I ran the actual set for Water Science with Wade. The basic fact for the shoot. 127 original scenes to be filmed. Over five days of production. The crew was made up of five professionals and four high-school students. Three primary locations, and six secondary locations. The time of year was June, in Georgia, with temperatures from 86 to 94 degrees. Now the crew, was myself, at producer and director. Cheryl was the director of photography. Bruce was the sound recordist. Randy was production manager and props master. And Kelly was the production coordinator and the caterer. Now the main lab location was in a local high school, where they not only had a fantastic science program, but also a really great video production program. So we hired two science students to help with the experiments, and two video production students to serve as production assistants.
