- [Instructor] When I talk about mastering as an output, I mean I like to output one in a post production codec whether it's prores, whether it's DNX, I like to have a high quality version that I can grab off my shelf. If you're looking for split masters, please look in the audio section for the split master output. I go into detail about how to set up buses to generate a split master. Here we're just going to do a stereo bounce. I'm going to go ahead here and take this from YouTube to custom and make some adjustments. I'm going to start off with the file name. I'm going to call this shadow of giants master. Never use the word final of course. And we're going to go to the video tab, I'm going to pick what format I'd like. I tend to do most of work out into Quicktime but you certainly can do formats like DPX, DCP, that would go for cinema projection or an MXF file.
