In order to avoid or catch some common issues that may pop up during the recording of the PowerPoint or Keynote presentation, you should give it a look through to cover your bases. In this video, author Richard Harrington explains what you should look out for and how to optimize the presentation graphics for video.
- A good idea before you record a presentation…is to give it a look through…and fix some common problems that happen.…By no means is this every problem.…But I want to walk you through…a few common issues you might spot.…Let's go into the presentation here…and just go between slides.…Now here's one.…The text is kind of small.…What often happens is that people are making…smaller text to fit on the screen,…and they're not thinking about how is this going…to look once the video is compressed,…or delivered to the web.…
So I want to get this text a little bit bigger.…I'll just select the text.…Select all.…And you can use your controller or inspector…to bump that up a little bit.…And just make sure that nothing got cut off.…That looks better.…Or you might be able to use the shortcut…of cmd + plus (+) or minus (-) to adjust the size.…All right, that's looking pretty good there.…Let's keep looking through.…What I'm looking for is too much information.…Now in this case what's happened…is the presenter has a lot of benefits.…
