- As you get prepared for a job interview it can really be demanding. And I want you to not get too nervous. It's really easy to become stressed out by all the things you're doing to prepare for a job interview. So I have a few pieces of parting advice. First, make sure you check your stuff over with fresh eyes. Look for mistakes. Look for omissions. Look for things that maybe shouldn't be in there that don't make you look your best. Take the time to look over your materials multiple times after a good night's sleep, a few days later, after a first couple of interviews and make improvements. Also, make sure you are well rehearsed, but that you relax. You don't want to sound like a robot when you're giving your responses. But you do want to sound ready.
