- [Instructor] Now we're gonna add some materials and lighting into our scene. Just some basic stuff to get us going and this is gonna get a little bit more elaborate with the object materials as we go down the line to add some material interactivity. So first thing we're gonna do is switch back into Lit mode, and let's go to our content browser, let's open up our VR scene that's in our Map folder and there we go. First thing we're just gonna create two simple materials. One for the environment and one for the moving objects just give us a nice clean look and to be able to differentiate what things are. Let's go to our content, and Ima make a new folder called 03_MAT. Okay, so in here I'm gonna make a new material and I'm gonna call this white, just gonna make a simple white lambert material. So I'm gonna open that up, gonna right click, Ima type 3 vec to get a constant three vector. Double click on that, make it .5, .5 and .5. Okay. Wire that into the base color, and this is the…
