Matching and syncing cameras

- In the first chapter, we talked about the advantages of shooting with multiple cameras, even as a one-person crew. In this video, I would like to show you a quick and easy way to sync those cameras in ways to speed up your edit. This is how I sync different cameras with external audio and prepare the assets for a multi- cam edit. So my assets are here and we're going to use two cameras, Camera A and Camera B. So the very first step is to grab one video from any camera and create a sequence from that video. Why, because now the sequence matches exactly the camera settings, the frame rate, the resolution, everything. You don't have to remember that. Now I'm going to find these sequence and we're going to call it Multi-cam V1. And I'm going to move these to my sequence bin, so everything is nice and neat. It's the only sequence I have. Now we can proceed and add all the clips, with their corresponding sound, from Camera A.…
