Jim, one of the things I love about your work is that you have such a strong sense of aesthetics. I feel that when you look at the person's interview, they look good, you know. One of the things I like about your footage, to be perfectly honest, as the person who has to go into the edit suite And work with the editors, is that not a lot of post-work has to be done. You put a lot of thought into making people look fantastic on camera. What are some of those things you evaluate. As you're deciding how to really tweak the light for each subject. And really bring their facial details out? >> Well that face is everything, right? I mean, a great looking background and beautiful, naturalistic light really a secondary to the portraiture, the face. So you want to in most cases, light a person in a pleasing way something that's complementary that's just how we are as human beings. We all want to look good.
