Jim, sometimes we just have to unify things. Maybe I'm traveling around the world and all I can get is my hotel room for interviews, and I want something really simple and consistent. Maybe we just have a terrible room and I need a backup. Sometimes you just want it to be very simplistic. A very popular look is neutral grey backdrop or white. Something very minimal. When is it okay in your mind to switch over to a back drop? >> Well back drops are a really excellent way to have absolute consistency in you know, interview setups when that's what is dictated by the style. But the one thing I would call into mind is that there still needs to be some standards that you want to impose to maintain the consistency, especially, because that's what it's all about.
