Join Tony Harmer for an in-depth discussion in this video Interface tour, part of Premiere Rush First Look.
- [Instructor] So here we go.…It's your penny tour of the interface in Premiere Rush.…As you'd expect, the lion's share of the screen…is occupied by the current piece of footage…under the playhead, which is immediately beneath…and in the center there.…It stays that way.…I can drag the footage under…the playhead like so to see the movie.…And of course I can play it using the controls above also.…
Now at the top of the screen immediately above the footage,…you've got the edit and share workspaces.…Share, of course, we'll come to right at the end.…On the left hand side, we've got the home button…that takes us out of this particular project…and back to the home screen.…Underneath that, the all important plus button.…Plus it's blue, which makes it great…so you can just tap on that and add extra stuff…just there as we will do as we move on.…Underneath that, we've got the project view…just there so we can see the content…that's actually in our project.…
A bit further down the screen, we've got some tools.…We've got some scissors just there…
