Hanging a video light in an office
- Rich, I think a lot of people in an office environment, when it comes to lighting, are a little frustrated, right? Because light stands take up a lot of room. It's hard to get a lot of 'em into a room. But, one of the things you have to do in an office environment, sometimes is get a little creative about placing or hanging lights, even and one of my favorite places to start is the ceiling. Now, you look at a typical ceiling like this in an office environment and go, "Well, where am I going to hang things?" Well, most office environments are going to have drop ceiling like we have here. - Now, that's not quite the same thing as a professional quality lighting grid, so don't go hanging a heavy light. - Absolutely, that's a big caveat right there. But, in the drop ceiling, you have a grid of bars that hold the actual ceiling panels, themselves. What you can do is take a clamp like this.
