(upbeat music) - Getting the best performance out of people can be tricky. I know you have a background in directing. I've worked with a lot of different people through the years and you really sometimes have to get in the subject's head. You have to help guide them through the process. What are some tricks you use, Amy, to make sure you're getting concise answers and great answers that really help get the message across? - Well one of the tricks I use is to try to use some language that they can repeat back without telling them to repeat it back. So I'll often sort of coach them a little bit in my questions by saying, "What are one of the most important things about the new technology?" - And they'd respond, "Well the most important thing is," as opposed to what we see people often do as a cliche, "Could you please repeat the question back in your answer?"
