- [Instructor] Now comes time to make our first timeline, I'm going to just select the master, the top of our project before we do this. We could go up to the file menu and choose new timeline. Instead we're just going to drag and drop a clip in. So in my interviews here, I've got an interview about making a living with paintings. And I'm going to just drag that directly down to the timeline here itself. And release. And it's put that clip in. Notice that clip is without audio. We're going to just go to our timeline view options here and say show us the audio wave forms so we can see the audio displayed. The color is because I set the metadata color of this clip earlier. I'm going to go to my B-roll bin. I'm going to ahead here and take it back to icon view. I can double click any clip. I can drag directly from here to the timeline. I can drag directly from the bin. With these first couple clips created, I'm just going to go ahead and rename that timeline. Now I have to find it…
