Essential lenses for your kit
- So of course alongside a camera body, you're going to need to consider the lenses that you're going to bring with you if you need to do a remote shoot. And this is one of those things where I think it's really tempting, just like other gear, to kind of go, well I might need this lens, I might need that lens. - The fisheye would be cool. - Right. - I need my 300 mm zoom. - Right, my macro, got to have that. And the next thing you know you have two pieces of luggage that are full of lenses, right? - Now I will say, this bag did manage to hold 17 micro four-thirds lenses on that trip to Japan. - Yeah, but how many of those did you actually use, right? - Me? Thirteen. - Yeah, right. Sure. - I'm a nerd. - The thing is, before you leave, I think you really need to do some due diligence and be ruthless about the lenses that you're going to actually use.
