Dual sync sound is the recording of sound separate from video. In this video, particular attention is given to how to perform the sync and examining the clip attributes.
- [Instructor] Resolve has the ability to handle…dual sync where you capture audio separately and marry…it to a shot to give it high quality audio.…I'm going to switch out to the file system and open up my…sync and multicam folder,…and I'm just going to drag these two directly into the…project itself.…It's up to you if you wanted to create your own bin…from them.…If I take my main camera here and load it up,…double-click.…(audio plays)…Really noisy audio.…
When I've got the cleaner audio and I open it up,…I'll just click here in the middle.…(audio plays)…Very clean audio.…To put these two together, I'm going to select them both.…That's with a control click on the pc, a command click…on the Mac, and I'm going to right-click here and choose…to auto sync.…I can do it based on time code or waveform.…If I do it by waveform, it'll just replace the audio…that's there.…I could also have it append the tracks,…giving me four tracks,…'cause each of these have got two individual channels.…
I'm going to do it based on the waveform,…
