- So before you go out and make your video ad, I highly suggest that you take a look to see of some of the content that's already existing on YouTube, on Instagram, and various social media platforms. For instance, you might discover that before you watch a piece of content on YouTube, that when the video plays, you see an ad that is primarily text animation driven. You might also see some ads that consist of a series of stills, combined with text and music to give you an end result. There are also further ads in the form of animation, such as motion graphics or even illustrations that are brought to life to bring out a person's brand identity. Now, while you watch these ads, do you actually like watching these ads? Or are you just watching them because I told you to do so? I think it's important to find something that you really like and will inspire you and eventually align with your brand.
