- Now that you've finished your initial episodes…for your web series,…it's time to get them out to the world…to that audience that you have identified.…And my advice at this time,…trends do change, is to pick one singular platform…for your web series and where it lives.…That doesn't meant that you won't be using social media…and other things to drive traffic…to that particular web series,…but it does mean that,…in order to build audience successfully,…that makes a lot of sense.…
Now in the case of Underground Sun, David and Sarah,…they already have a nice, sizeable subscriber base…on their YouTube channel.…It makes total sense for them to launch their series there.…You may be creating the types of content…where another platform may make more sense for your series.…For instance, something like Twitch…if you are a gamer or you're creating game-based content…for your series.…So it really depends on what you're doing.…Trends will change, new platforms will become available,…so you need to just decide that…when you're creating and then distributing your content.…
