Join Tony Harmer for an in-depth discussion in this video Delete, undo, and redo, part of Premiere Rush First Look.
- [Instructor] Should the need arise,…and in fact maybe I should say when the need arises,…undoing things is really simple in Premiere Rush.…At the top right of the screen,…you'll see that there's a small curved arrow…pointing to the left.…If you tap that,…that becomes your undo button.…You can see you've got multiple levels of undo.…If you long press on that icon,…and of course you have access to redo, as well,…and you can see you can step through…all of those things just there.…
So something else you might want to do,…if I just come along…and trim away some of one of these clips.…If I go for the cropped bit just here,…so let's just have that from just around about here,…maybe there, a bit more dramatic,…and I'll split that point using the scissors,…and this time I don't want to relocate the other footage.…I actually want to delete it.…And to do that,…just under where the scissors are,…you can see there's a trash can.…If I tap just there,…then that clip goes.…And of course if I've made a mistake,…then of course you know where to go for that to undo it.…
