Defining your services and capabilities

- Defining your services and your capabilities is a critical part of selling your agency or company. There are two types of ways to set it up. You can have a la carte services and day rates or you can have packaged products. And we're going to talk a little bit more about the value of having packages when we talk about the financial side. One of the most important things you sell is your team. Their capabilities, their knowledge, and expertise. So you want to be sure that your rate card and any materials you have articulates what their strengths are that they bring to the table. You also want to include case studies and sample projects so that a prospective client can see exactly the kind of project they're envisioning and how you could accomplish it.
