- So we've covered the potential roles and responsibility for a small scale live stream production, as well as large enterprise shows, and just about everything in between. The area of everything in between is where the majority of my projects land, and I have a pretty good idea that's the scope most of you will see in your line of work. Despite the wide range of webcast possibilities out there, a clear definition or roles and responsibilities coupled with expertise is the recipe for success. In an age where budgets are tighter and we all need to wear more hats at once, it's hard not to stretch ourselves too thin. We see it everyday in our business, and I'm sure you're in same boat.
