Creating action or conversion

- I just got done telling you that education was key and that you shouldn't be selling people all the time. Of course your bosses or stakeholders probably don't want to hear that, and you need to actually get action or conversion out of the webinar. As such, it's important that you take some steps to insure that that happens. The key here is balance. Yes, you want good educational content that helps the audience feel more confident. But there are things you can do to create action in the audience or convert them to customers or donors. First up, make sure you give people time to interact. The reason why they came to the webinar is they wanted to learn. Maybe it's learn from each other, or learn from the presenter, or get their question answered. Often times when presenting a webinar, I'll make sure that there's a second, or even a third person just in the chat pod.
