What is it about being a creative director that we really need to hit home right at the beginning of the video resume? Any ideas? - Yeah, I think that really what makes a great creative director is the ability to have this balance between the visionary side, the creative side, the ability to create something and inspire a team and have that balanced with this real focus on, what are the needs of the business? What's the context, what's the marketplace?
