- [Instructor] Lights, camera, audio!…These are the essentials when it comes to…producing video of any kind,…whether it's online or offline.…If I had to actually prioritize these…I would actually say that audio…is probably going to be the most important aspect…because that can completely disrupt the experience…when somebody is watching.…Beyond that, I would say next would probably come lighting,…because this is also about eliminating distractions…and also making yourself the focal point as a subject.…So that's something that I really think is taken for granted…and a little bit of lighting goes a long way.…
When it comes to cameras…if it comes down between investing in your lens…or your camera body,…try to prioritize better lenses.…This is going to give you more options and flexibility…as well as improve the overall aesthetic and look…of your video footage.…Camera bodies are important…but I would definitely say that your audio equipment,…your lighting, and your lenses are probably more important…than whatever camera body you choose to buy.…
