- One way to stand out as a production assistant and possibly be hired again by production company, is by being organized. Not only that, but it'll keep your mind clear and you'll be more alert and attentive onset. One thing is to keep track of in the Call Sheet. The Call Sheet has a lot of information that you need for the shoot. This includes the location's address. If you know the address you can plan ahead for any traffic incidents. These can be car crashes or even events along your commute. You want to plan for a prompt arrival, if not an early one. I live in the Washington, D.C. area and we have some of the worst traffic in the United States, as well as top American leaders and foreign dignitaries being escorted around the city on a daily basis.
