Anticipate and be alert

- One of the cor roles of a production assistant is anticipating needs as they arise. This means you need to be alert and aware of what's happening around you. Here are ways that you can be alert. Make sure that colleagues don't repeat themselves. If you are, you aren't paying attention to what they're saying. Being alert means being ready at a moment's notice and able to do what's asked of you. It also shows discipline and willingness to be a team players.
